SUMMARY:

The Project Administrator will assist and support the Offshore Engineering Department in project administration, invoicing, document control, support report preparation and other administrative duties.

 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Provide general administrative support to Offshore Engineering Department
  • Generate Purchase Requisitions and invoices
  • Responsible for administering and managing all incoming and outgoing project documents
  • Support preparing documentation and reports
  • Maintenance of expenses and inventory
  • Coordinate purchasing and logistics matters
  • Assist in keeping track of personnel movement including leave and offshore assignment
  • Verify timesheets of engineering staff
  • Control, procure and maintain office supplies such as books, stationery, et
  • Other administrative duties

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Possess at least G.C.E. 'O' Level. Diploma holders in technical or science preferred
  • Relevant working experiences in Secretarial work for "O" level applicants
  • Able to work independently
  • Fluent in English both written and oral
  • Self-driven, possess excellent team spirit and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
